Here’s how our Take Up Space Camp 2026 layaway plan works:

  • Choose 4, 6, or 8 payments — the first payment is today, and the rest will be auto-charged monthly on the same date.

  • Payments are handled securely through TicketSpice + Stripe.

  • No fees. No interest. No application.

  • If a payment fails, we’ll email and text you — but if it’s not fixed within 10 days, your ticket and payments so far may be forfeited.

  • Tickets are non-refundable for any reason, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else — just email events@chubhubpdx.com.

  • All tickets must be paid in full by August 1, 2026 to be valid for camp.

By checking out with the layaway option, you agree to these terms.

 

 

Take Up Space Camp 2026 – Layaway Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining us for Take Up Space Camp 2026, hosted by Chub Hub PDX! We’re excited to offer a layaway option to make camp more accessible. Please read these simple terms so you know how everything works.

1. How the Layaway Program Works

  • You can split your camp ticket into 4, 6, or 8 monthly payments.
  • The first payment is due at checkout.
  • All remaining payments will be automatically charged on the same day each month as your first payment.
  • Payments are processed securely through TicketSpice using Stripe as our payment processor.
  • There are no fees, no interest, and no application to use the layaway plan.

2. Missed or Failed Payments

  • If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll email you first and then send a text message to let you know.
  • You’ll have 10 days to fix the issue and complete your payment.
  • If your payment isn’t received within that time, your ticket and any money you’ve already paid may be forfeited.
  • You will not be charged for any remaining unpaid balance after that point.

3. Refunds and Transfers

  • All tickets are non-refundable for any reason.
  • However, tickets can be transferred to another person.
  • To transfer your ticket, email us at events@chubhubpdx.com
  •  to let us know the new ticket holder’s name so we can update our records.

4. Ticket Access

  • All tickets must be paid in full by August 1, 2026.
  • Only fully paid tickets will be valid for entry to Take Up Space Camp 2026.

5. Contact & Communication

  • For any questions or issues with your layaway plan, please email events@chubhubpdx.com
  • We’ll do our best to contact you if there’s a payment issue, but please note this is a fully volunteer run community so we do not have a dedicated collections person, and we won’t be able to keep chasing unpaid accounts.

6. Agreement
By choosing the layaway option at checkout, you agree to these terms, including the automatic monthly payments and non-refundable ticket policy.
